Romance?........ for me it was more violence actions instead of romance. It might have a bit of romance but nah... my word of advice, don't raise your expectations too much in this manga if it's related to romance. I like the manga but the ending was such a loser as
there are several unsolved puzzles that the author did not tell yet. I don't intend to spoiled your mood to read this manga it's just that I followed its story since the first chapter until the final one. I just hope that the author would consider to make second part of this story. It was really a good story plot line.
For those who have not read this, the ones that does not scared of violence and brutality, the ones that has strong heart, the ones that not keen on romance, I recommend this to you. Well.....
This is how I would summarize this story:
The protagonists: Akira Inugami and Ms. Aoshika
The antagonist: Dou Haguro
Ms Aoshika presence is the key for the whole thing. She is a divorcee and a teacher. Her relationship with Akira is somehow tangled together and ended up involved with Akira's problems. She has her own trouble as she was a victim of gang rape before. The history itself is repeated as the story goes.
Akira Inugami is actually not human. He is half wolf half human. Or he really is a wolf. (The story as I said, is not completely satisfied as there are several doubts that the author did not clear it out. I really hope there will be another sequel for this manga) His fate came across with Aoshika as he saved her from gang rape without even know that they will meet again. The very next day they met again but as a student and a teacher. He is just transferred to Ashioka's school that day. On his very first day of school, problem has begun.
Dou Haguro is obsess with power and the most fearful person in the entire school and undergrounds. With his family background's connection and influence, he is truly fearsome and seeks for more powerful opponent. He came to know Akira due to his injured underlings and found himself interested in Akira. When he learned that Akira is actually a wolf, his excitement increased.
The whole story is just fascinating. I hope you would enjoy it as much as I do.
