This is one shot story from manhwa (Korean comics, for those who don't know what manhwa means)
The story contains Josei genre but it is suitable to seen by all viewers.
As it is just a one shot story, so it means it is more likely can be treated as story telling. This manhwa is about how the wife sees her husband on her point of view and what actually the rest (including the husband) see her.
In a nutshell, the wife has diagnosed with certain 'unexplained' or weird disease which cost her brain could not functioning well. So to say, whatever her eyes generate an object, for example a healthy human, she would see an animal form instead.
In this case, she sees her husband as a bear. In this story she would say what she sees her husband and how their daily life goes.
